Hi, folks!
Did you know about this? If there is radiation in you hair – just wash it well. Yes, I do remember those time of being so much afraid of the American attack. I was in the first or second grade. I asked the teacher would it help if I would run to the forest, or should I just jump out of the window. Imagine, it was the third floor. Scary. We had poster on the wall where it was described precisely what would happen after the atomic blast. I thought that if Vilnius were the epicenter – then I would have saved my strength and not jump out the window. I would have become a shadow on the wall. In the radius of 50 km everything would be burned out.
Nevertheless our American brothers are so much more detailed, precise and practical. We didn’t have such “pacifying” movies. We were deadly scared by the Anime style cartoons on Hiroshima and Nagasaki blast. We had to put the gas-masks with the chronometer.
They would even explain on the poster what would happen if the enemy would use Fosgen or Zarin, or other biological weapons. The poster would say precisely what the effects would be. Scary. Scary. Scary.
